Dystopian album cover is inspired by VICTOR VASARELY, a French artist considered as father of optical art. His visual universe, made of geometric shapes and vibrant colors, evokes a psychedelic aesthetic that marked the 1960s and 1970s. The album Space Oddity, released in 1969 in the United Kingdom, is the one that associates music with Victor Vasarely : On the original cover, we can see the face of DAVID BOWIE superimposed on an optical work by Vasarely, from his series Planetary Folklore :

To conclude Aquarius review, remind us 1972 album of jazz saxophonist CANNONBALL ADDERLEY named SOUL ZODIAC : album is structured around the 12 signs of the zodiac. Each track corresponds to a sign and seeks to translate its personality and energy through music. Spoken narratives link the tracks, giving the whole a meditative dimension. The album showcases Cannonball Adderley's visionary with spiritual side and illustrates jazz's openness to cultural and philosophical concepts :

Another inspiration, both in form and thematics, is the famous french filmmaker  Jean-Luc Godard and his film " Weekend ". Concerning " Wall & Street art " thematics, it's inspired by French film " IP5 ", including a category award nominee at the 1992 French César Awards. Although there is no direct evidence that English street artist Banksy was explicitly inspired by the film " Red Balloon " when creating his 2002 work named " Girl with Balloon ", visual and thematic similarities have often been noted by critics and art enthusiasts : the contrast between the bright red of the balloon and a duller environment (greyish Paris in the film, greyish londoner walls with painting) produces a strong emotional impact :
